Sometimes you meet people who change the way you see things… for me, that person is Thatguysuper .Despite his level and the many things he handles he has found time to guide me and share wisdom that most would keep to themselves. That kind of humility and heart is rare.

Tip of the day

Sometimes it’s not just about the music.
The way an artist presents themselves how they dress, talk, post online, or even show up to events it all counts.

As a manager, you have to help guide that.
People start taking artists seriously before they even hear a song - just by how they carry themselves.
It’s the small things that build a big brand.

Big shout-out to Thatguysuper I’ve learnt a lot just by observing how he move, especially with Chef 187’s brand.

Something I’ve been noticing from Thatguysuper and his team about how they manage Chef 187

Chef 187 has been in the game for years now, but he still commands respect and value even with all these new artists coming up.
This thing no just happen by chance Mr. Super and the team put in real work.
They don’t just follow trends, they build something solid that lasts.

From what I’m learning, being a manager is not just about booking shows or chasing hits it’s about building a legacy that people remember.
