Veritas General Insurance Enlightens Kasama Girls Secondary School on Insurance Principles

In a bid to raise awareness and educate the youth on the vital role of insurance in society, Veritas General Insurance paid a special visit to Kasama Girls Secondary School as part of the Insurance Week sentization
The event, aimed at enlightening puplls on the fundamentals of insurance, was both informative and inspiring. Leading the outreach was Mr. Brian, the Branch Manager for Veritas General Insurance in Kasama, who engaged the pupils in a dynamic and interactive session. His presentation simplified complex insurance concepts, making them relatable and easy to grasp for the puplls
“Our goal is to make insurance understandable and relevant, especially to young people who are the future decision-makers,” said Mr. Brian.
The puplls responded with enthusiasm, actively participating in discussions and asking insightful questions. Their curiosity and eagerness to learn underscored the success of the initiative and highlighted the need for such educational engagements in schools.
Madam Chizongo, a teacher at Kasama Girls, expressed her gratitude to Veritas General Insurance for the impactful session. “We are truly thankful for this opportunity,” she said. “It’s not every day that our puplls get to interact with professionals who can break down real-world concepts in such a practical and engaging way. We hope this becomes a regular occurrence.”
The event concluded on a heartfelt note with a vote of thanks delivered by Faith, a pupil at the school. Speaking on behalf of her peers, she praised Veritas for taking the time to visit and share valuable knowledge, noting how inspired and informed they felt after the session.
