SIN IS OF THE DEVIL - AND SO IS SICKNESS - OPPRESSION

Sin is of the devil, and Jesus came to destroy sin. But that is not all
He came to destroy. He also "went about doing good, and healing all that
were oppressed of the devil,"according to our text from Acts 10:38. You
see, Jesus was manifested to destroy the WORKS of the devil.

Notice again that this text from Acts calls sickness and disease the works of the devil.

When we realize this—when we begin to treat sickness and disease just
like we would treat sin and the devil then we will resist them and not
yield to them.

Our first mistake is when we yield to them.

DEAR CHILD OF GOD

When praise and recognition come your way, don't let pride take the stage.
Instead, bow your heart in humility and gratitude, knowing that your gifts are a reflection of God's glory, not your own.

1 Corinthians 4:7, "What do you have that you did not receive?

Remember, humility is the foundation of true greatness - Proverbs 22:4, "Humility comes before honor". May your heart remain surrendered to God's purpose.

1 Peter 5:6, "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
