FAZ INTRODUCE ELITE YOUTH LEAGUE
The football Association of Zambia has introduced an elite youth league for under 16. The league is expected to commence next month and it will be played at Barca complex in Lusaka, the league will start from Lusaka then it will be spearheaded to other provinces of Zambia.
Lets promote youth football its beginnings with you!!!

LETS PROMOTE YOUTH FOOTBALL
The back bone of having the best league and national teams at all levels is all about the youth programs that have been implemented.
It is high time youth football is considered first before anything other football. Having the best youth programs is the root for soccer development in the country, it will improve the league and national teams in the country.
We need to have the best youth programs if we need to have the best and national teams.
The following programs can help us improve our youth football system in the country;
1. Establish provincial leagues in all the provinces which should start with the under 10 upto 19. These leagues can further be broken down to district level and zonal level.
2. Establish under 10 upto 20 district and provincial National teams.
3. Come up with atleast four youth cups which should include all the teams through out the country.
4. Impart coaches with modern football knowledge through coaching clinics.
5. Create a data base system for all your teams in the country and monitor their progress.
Together we can improve youth football in Zambia.
