Wow Happy new month

Galatians 5:16

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Meditation 🧘

Live in the Spirit: choose God's promises over sinful desires. Every moment is an opportunity to resist our fallen nature & follow the Holy Spirit. We can't remain neutral; we must choose a side.

Prayer 🤲

Lord, as I start this day, I choose to follow You and Your promises. As time passes, help me to stay focused on walking in Your Spirit and resist the temptations of my sinful nature. I thank You for the positive changes You will bring to my life.
Amen 🙏

Wow! One year ago, I started going to the gym, and I'm still going strong. Consistency wasn't my thing in 2024-2025, and I lost muscle and motivation at times. But this year, I've cracked the code. I've become more disciplined and motivated to prioritize my fitness. Nothing can stop me, not even work or school! Fitness is a lifelong journey!
