LET US PRAY.

You are a wise and just God. We humbly bow our hearts in prayer before You. We stand in the gap today for those who are at a loss for words.

We pray that when faced with injustice, cruelty, pain and death we are answered with justice, fairness and truth.

Lord, we ask that the weak are defended, the cause of the oppressed are upheld, the weak and the needy are rescued and delivered from the evil and wicked. Amen.

Dear God, I pray that I will stay focused on You today. I pray that You will constantly remind me to be content in all of my circumstances.

I pray that You will fill me up that I may be joyful all day, even if stress creeps in.

I know that through my contentment, You will be glorified. I want to honor You, Father, in all that I do.

LET US PRAY

Dear Lord, Thank you for getting me up this morning to greet another day and live for You. You make my life truly good. I know that there are a thousand different things that can go wrong today, but I choose to focus on Your goodness. I pray that You will help me have a good day today, despite my changing circumstances.

Give me the wisdom and discernment to know how I can help someone or reach out to someone who is hurting. Help me be a good part of someone else’s day, and encourage me to think of others before myself. And at the end of this day, remind me to thank You for every blessing You have given me. May I always take delight in every small or large blessing from You God. In your name, I pray Jesus. Amen.

LET US PRAY

Lord as I start this day, help me remember that I belong to you, and my desire is to act accordingly. Keep my feet from stumbling and my mind from wandering into distractions that could steal precious time and energy from the most important things you have designed for me. I'm proud to be your child, Lord. And I'm so grateful that you died for me—rising again on your own new morning—so that every day could be filled with the wonder of your love, the freedom of your Spirit, and the joy of knowing you.

LET US PRAY

Lord, I so wish to prepare well for this time.
I so want to make all of me ready and attentive and available to you.
Please help me clarify and purify my intentions.
I have so many contradictory desires.
My activity seems to be so full of busyness
and running after stuff that doesn't really seem to matter ot last.
I know that if I give you my heart
whatever I do will follow my new heart.
May all that I am today,
all that I try to do today,
may all my encounters, reflections,
even the frustrations and failings
all place my life in your hands.

Lord, my life is in your hands.
Please, let this day give you praise. AMEN.

LET US PRAY

DEAR Lord, I don't know who or what will cross my path today.

But I do know that You are my Rock and my Fortress. You are my Shield and my Strong Tower.

Help me to anchor myself to You today. Teach me how to stand strong in You and choose only Your way today.

Help me walk by Your truth and not my feelings.

Help me to embrace anything that comes my way as an opportunity to see You at work and as an opportunity to point others to You.

Thank You that You love me and nothing can ever take that away from me! Even if I fail today and fall short, You whisper Your unconditional love deep into my soul and remind me that Your mercies are new every morning.

That truly amazes me, Lord. Thank You for meeting with me today. Would You wake me again tomorrow with the same sweet whisper of Your love? I can't wait to meet with You again.
