A Kenyan girl sets a record of 72 hours hugging a tree
This is what you need to know.
Standing still for 72 hours
Most people begin to lose postural stability within hours.
After 24 hours, muscles fatigue severely, blood circulation drops, and the risk of fainting (from blood pooling in the legs) becomes very high.
By 48–72 hours, collapse is almost guaranteed.
No sleep for 72 hours
Staying awake for 72 hours causes:
-Severe cognitive impairment
-Microsleeps (your brain switches off for a few seconds)
-Hallucinations
-Loss of motor control
These make standing still impossible and extremely dangerous.
No food or water
No water for 72 hours is life-threatening.
Dehydration causes dizziness, low blood pressure, kidney strain, and eventually organ failure.
No food is less immediately dangerous, but combined with no water and standing, it becomes impossible.
No toilet for 72 hours
The bladder and bowel cannot be voluntarily controlled for that long.
Even if someone tried, dehydration would reduce urine output, but the body would not maintain perfect control.
Final verdict
A human would collapse, faint, become severely dehydrated, or suffer medical emergency long before reaching 72 hours.
So biologically, it cannot happen not safely, not naturally, and not even with training.
Congratulations to Truphena Muthoni for being the only human being on earth capable of this impossibility.
