I was privileged to be part and parcel of the Young Women Lead session on a topic WORDS AND MENTAL HEALTH 😊
As we all know mental wellbeing is an important aspect in everyone's life but young women lead elaborated on how Words can affect ones mental health in a negative and positive way. Apparently there are different kind of words these are;
Words that build, motivate, kill, uplift, destroy, steal and create etc and when it comes to individuals you ought to choose the kind of words you pay attention to buy again be open minded because some words are there to make you realize your mistakes and how to go about with them. But no matter what hurtful word you've been told always remember who you are and what you have or are yet to become because by that you will never be a victim of negative words in your life 😘??🥰 safe protect your mental and never forget who you are and what you believe in
