Exoplanets are far away and hard to see. They are often obscured by the much brighter light of their stars, so capturing their images is hard, but not impossible. The first exoplanet image, by ESO, was obtained in 2004. Even NASA's James Webb Space Telescope hasn't captured surface images. So, when it comes to exoplanets, what can we really see?📷 https://go.nasa.gov/3HPZ2RT

FOLLOW FOR FOLLOW

Exoplanets are far away, and they are often obscured by the bright light of the stars they orbit. So, taking pictures of them the same way you'd take pictures of, say, Jupiter or Venus, isn't easy.
