"Any Ward Councillor in Chongwe East who struggles to move around his/her ward, from any political party or affiliation, I will personally buy you a BICYCLE , once you show your simple Ward Development Plan submitted to the relevant authority. No politics. Just work" .

To all 11 Councillors

Campaign is over. Do not wait for CDF, for the Mayor, for the MP, for the Minister, or for State House. That waiting mentality is what destroyed many leaders before you.

You live with your people. You know them by name. You are related by blood and marriage. Your office is the village.

MOVE, don't wait for a V8. Get a bicycle. Pride and the love of luxury has kept Chongwe poor. This is not time to be seen. It is time to work.

LISTEN, walk your ward. Sit, ask, and listen. Segment the challenges , what is urgent, what is structural? Is it water, the clinic road, or the school bridge?

ACT, start with one urgent thing. Welcome critics. They are your best auditors. Accept correction.

Remember the law of development, Ward ~ Constituency ~ District ~Province ~ Nation. If you fail at ward level, the whole chain collapses. You are the first line of battle, and the first line of blame.

I love Chongwe East. I love all of you. Let's prove we can work.
