6 MAIN CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:

1. Delay going to the bathroom.
Keeping your urine in your bladder too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine left in the bladder multiplies the bacteria quickly.

Once the urine returns to the ureter and kidneys, toxic substances can lead to kidney infections, then urinary infections, then nephritis and even uremia. When nature calls - do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt.
You should not eat more than 5.8 grams of salt a day.

3. Eating too much meat.
Too much protein in your diet is harmful to your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia, a very destructive toxin for the kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine.
Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. This increases your blood pressure and your kidneys begin to suffer. So you should reduce the amount of coke you drink every day.

5. Not Drinking Enough water.
Our kidneys must be well hydrated to perform their duties well. If we do not drink enough, the toxins can begin to accumulate in the blood because there is not enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys.

Drink more than 10 glasses of water a day. There is an easy way to check if you're drinking enough water: look at the color of your urine; the lighter the color, the better.

6. Late treatment.

Last night Prophet TB Joshua came to me in a dream after crying before lord asking questions of why I have Gona through hell in ministry,He said follow me Isaac I wanna show you mysterious that you don’t know , the door to a big Studio opened By it’s self .

I was following behind his back ,we entered inside very white studio,and seated on seats were men who looked like Angels,controlling millions of TV monitor of men of God who were playing on the earth .but on the TVs,we’re names written of the owns,has we approach prophet TB monitor it was being switch off but sow a picture written (FINISHED WORK ) I was shocked why it was off ,and he asked the Angel to switch on because he need to show me videos of his behind the screen ,

he said to me ,you worry a lot because of all you have Been through and what people have done to you,I said yes,TB look at me I was broken hearted in this video ,do you see how God helped me,look for 1year I stayed off from ministry to seek the face of God,TB Joshua asked if I remember I said yes.he said during this moment I was accused but I closed my hears and reminded faithful but God surprise me during that 1year of seeking his will,DSTV selected us tv to teach people Christ ,many of my close people missed me but God missed me more than.

Do you see how this man got healed,but people were against me,Tb said to me if you are from God you will stand,you are not of this world but of God,so you make a decision to leave in his presence ( you will be shocked) I was alone with God ,preached simple message,was humble in heart ,what do you teach ? 9 THINGS TO DISCUSS DURING COURTSHIP

1. APARTMENT: Compulsory! So the guy won't drag you back to his father's house or squat with a friend. Discuss the type of apartment: a room, room and parlour, a mini flat, 2 bedroom flat, 3 bedroom, duplex, complex, whatever, talk, thoroughly. Don't forget to discuss how rent will be paid. If he has built his house and you are moving in, excellent!

2. WHEN TO START HAVING BABIES: Discuss thoroughly. If you will wait, find out the best family planning method that will suit your body. Not all injections and pills are suitable for you. Withdrawal is not advisable for first time s*x on honeymoon likewise condom. First s*x should be done with abandon and also get used to each other's bodies especially as virgins. Singles who are s*xually active right now are digging their marital grave. If you are already having s*x like mad and taking family planning pills as a single lady, it is a big shame and a disgrace to womanhood. Marry with dignity. Save s*x till your wedding night.

3. HOW WILL BILLS BE PAID?: Who will pay the rent, take care of bills and groceries? Is it the man? The woman or both of you? At how many percentage if it is a joint responsibility? 50/50? 80/20? 60/40? Discuss.

4. WILL ANY FAMILY MEMBER LIVE WITH YOU AFTER WEDDING?: Discuss. Who and who will live with you? Why? For how long? Can you cope having a family live with you immediately after honey moon? Can your type of accommodation allow such? It is not advisable for the opposite s*x sibling to live with you after honey moon in a room apartment. It is more dangerous if it is the wife's very mature younger sister. Use your head!

5. WHAT IS YOUR VISION?: This should be the number one on the list. Very important. If she wants to be a world renowned neuro surgeon and you want her to assist you in your full time ministry. You are looking for serious trouble. Your vision should tally. Don't make the same mistake some great men of God made, talk!

6. WHAT ARE YOUR YEARLY GOALS?: You should set goals every year and work towards achieving them. What are your yearly goals for the next five years? Discuss.

7. HOW MANY PERCENTAGE OF YOUR INCOME WILL YOU SAVE MONTHLY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?: Talk/Discuss about it.

8. WHICH CHURCH WILL YOU BE ATTENDING AFTER WEDDING?: The guy's church, yours or another denomination entirely? Thoroughly discuss and come to an agreement. Especially if you are from different Christian denominations

9. WHO ARE YOU?: Empty yourself. Your family background, past mistakes, bodily defects, etc so somebody won't die of shock in marriage when certain revelations begin to swim in, in torrents. Many never recover from the shock! Some divorce from honey moon and never reconnect for life!. God bless all intending couples.
