The idea of Francis Robert Kapyanga to bring street lights and robots in mpika, is a good initiative because will reduce unnecessary road traffic accidents in mpika District particularly, Another important thing is to work on mpika Township roads, because roads in mpika their at sub standard more especially in town, our main four and concern this time is development, we need to make a difference and make mpika betterment for the future generations, we want our children to suffer in near future, Actually mpika District can be civilised if we put our heads, minds and hands together, also if we put politics aside, it is very difficult to master two things at a same time, cooperation is needed in mpika District, no one will develop our area if we become so reluctant. Another thing is that, let's try to support everyone's decision without any arguments, what we should know is that Kapyanga one day will be no longer a member of Parliament, will leave a seat to other people, so this is his time now to implement and do his race, and for him to do his job effectively, it requires a total support from residents of mpika District, where he fails you have to advise him and giving him encouragements, Kapyanga needs advice from you people so that he can do things according to your expectations,
