DNK Group invites applications from suitably qualified and highly organized individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Office Administrator.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating daily office operations, providing administrative support to management, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.

This is a full-time position requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, official letters)
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital records)
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
- Assist with procurement and inventory management
- Support HR and finance functions where required
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and service providers
- Ensure smooth coordination of publishing and consultancy projects

Minimum Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, or any humanities or business based course.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

DNK Brand and Publishers Limited is expanding its professional team and invites qualified, detail-oriented, and creative individuals to join us as Part-Time Typesetters and Editors on a project basis.

About the Role

Successful candidates will be affiliated with our firm and engaged on a project-by-project basis to support publishing and branding assignments, including:

- Professional typesetting of books, reports, magazines, and corporate documents
- Copyediting and proofreading (academic, corporate, and creative works)
- Formatting manuscripts to publishing standards
- Layout design and document structuring
- Ensuring consistency in grammar, style, and referencing
- Preparing print-ready and digital publication files

Positions Available

1. Typesetters

Minimum Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, Communication, or related field
- Proven experience in professional typesetting and layout design
- Proficiency in publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, MS Publisher, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of typography, formatting standards, and print specifications
- Portfolio of previously completed work

2. Editors (Copy Editors/Proofreaders)

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an added advantage) in English, Communication, Journalism, Publishing, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in editing and proofreading
- Strong command of English grammar and academic writing standards
- Familiarity with referencing styles (APA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.)
- Evidence of edited work and references
