As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, support our sales team, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Process sales transactions and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of sales principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
