Zambians, did you know?
A powerful documentary exposing land grabs, pollution, and labor abuse linked to some Chinese businesses in Zambia was almost banned.

🎬 “The Good, the Bad and the Dangerous” by News Diggers Media shows underground prayers, poisoned rivers, and families crying over what they’ve lost — especially in Kitwe and other mining towns.

The Chinese Chamber of Commerce tried to block it.
But on July 18, 2025, the High Court ruled that Zambians have the right to know the truth.

Zambians, did you know?
Over 50 million litres of toxic waste were dumped into the Mwambashi River in Kitwe.
That same water flows into the Kafue River, used by 60% of our people.

☠️ The waste killed fish, destroyed crops, and left thousands without clean water.

But this is more than pollution, it’s climate change, made worse by:
🔥 Burning garbage
🪵 Cutting trees
🛢️ Using charcoal and diesel
🌊 Polluting rivers

✅ What can you do?

Under Zambia's Environmental Management Act and Public Health Act, everyone has the right to a safe and peaceful living environment. So if loud noise is disturbing your rest or health, you're protected by law!
