We're Hiring: Graphic Designer – Join Our Creative Team at Dentsu Zambia!
Are you a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creating stunning visuals that not only look good but also enhance user experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where creativity meets strategy? If so, Dentsu Zambia wants YOU!

Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in our Digital & Creative Team, working across the full spectrum of design. Your role will blend aesthetic creativity with an understanding of user experience, ensuring our campaigns are visually striking and highly effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual content for social media, websites, online ads, print materials, and other marketing assets that align with brand guidelines. Pitch creative ideas and conceptualize visuals based on campaign requirements
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, digital advertising, presentations, and video content.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals for various media
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final deliverables.
- Optimize design files for various platforms, ensuring they are adaptable for web, social media, and other digital channels.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other animation tools)
- Knowledge of 3D is an added advantage
- Proven ability to create high-quality visuals, from static graphics to motion content
- Passion for creativity with an understanding of social media trends and digital best practices

Competencies & Skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud design tools
- Video editing and animation is an added advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent visualization, art direction, and design skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
