PRIORITY IS EVERYTHING
The order in which some things are done is of critical importance.
For instance; Marriage first or Certificate (Education) first
Let all things be done decently and in order.
(1 Corinthians 14:40)
The other important milestone in stepping up to success is learning to prioritize.
(Maxwell, 1998)
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
(Matthew 6:33)
'ALL THESE THINGS' includes Mental, Physical, Emotional as well as Spiritual health.
The state of mind is crucial for success in life.
It is therefore becomes important that we should strive to attain good Mental health, Physical health, Emotional health as well as Spiritual health.
There are important ELEMENTS that need to be present in a good state of Mental, Physical, Emotional, as well as Spiritual wellness as outlined below;
#. The first one is Self-acceptance (Austin et al. 2012)
#. The second element is Purpose in life (Ibid)
#. The third element is Autonomy/Self direction (Ibid)
#. The fourth element is Positive Relations with others
#. The fifth important element is the Ability to Master the Complex Environment around us for our own needs.
#. The sixth element is Personal Growth (Ibid)
#. Another valuable strength is Self-regulation/ Self corrective adjustments (Ibid)
Priority no. 1
If there is something precious that should be guarded jealously, it is the Mind.
Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.
(Proverbs 4:23)
