Why I want to participate because
I am passionate about fashion and modelling. As a young deaf female I believe that platforms like Miss Youth International provide me with a unique opportunity to change societies perspectives on persons with disabilities, more especially deaf people. The platform will give me opportunity to inspire young deaf people to keep moving towards their dreams, fight marginalisation they face as result of their disability and be reminded that despite being deaf their dreams are valid.
