A Message from the CEO – Continental Web TV (CW TV)
At CW TV, we believe that events should do more than entertain, they should create opportunities.
As we prepare for the Acapella Color Fest – Family Edition, one of my biggest goals is to employ more young people and give them an opportunity to earn through this event.
We don’t want delays. We don’t want confusion. We want the gates to open on time and the program to begin exactly at 10:00 hrs. Excellence requires preparation, and preparation requires people.
That is why we are planning to expand our team by bringing on dedicated young men and women to serve in various departments, including:
• Ticket Sales (Commission-Based)
• Security Team
• Photographers & Videographers
• Setup team
• Events Cordinator
• Stage & Technical Support
• Clean-Up & Logistics Team
This opportunity will not only be open to Seventh-day Adventist youths but also to passionate, disciplined, and hardworking young people who share our commitment to professionalism and service.
If investing in people means I end this year with little or no profit, then so be it. I’d rather build opportunities than build excuses. Our mission is to create memorable Christian experiences while empowering young people through meaningful work.
The Acapella Color Fest may seem small but it’s a big fish in the pond and we would like to fish it out.
If everything goes according to plan, we’ll soon begin recruiting. Stay alert, follow our pages, and be ready to respond when applications open. Your next opportunity could begin with a simple message in our inbox.
Together, let’s paint the city with faith, joy, and purpose.
