Heavenly Father,

We exalt You, Lord, for You are good. Your love is not seasonal; it endures forever. Your faithfulness is not momentary, it spans generations, and we are living proof of that faithfulness.

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗲:
- The goodness of God is our covering, in our work, in our families, in our communities.

- God's enduring love sustains us, even through trials, transitions, and unknowns.

- Your faithfulness is our foundation, we will not be shaken.

- Every project, every plan, and every purpose aligned with God's will shall prosper.

- Our places of business is a beacon of integrity, innovation, and impact, rooted in His goodness.

- We declare growth, favor, and supernatural provision over this organization.

- The next generation will rise to see God's faithfulness just as we have.

Let our lives reflect Your goodness. Let our work bring You glory. Let our culture be marked by love that never fails and a trust in Your promises that never ends.

We seal every word, every declaration, every prayer…

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Heavenly Father,

Lord Jesus, we welcome You into this moment. We lay down every distraction, every burden, and fix our eyes on You, the Author and Finisher of our faith. We acknowledge You as our Source, our Sustainer, and our King. Your Word says in Matthew 6:33 that if we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all other things will be added unto us and today, we boldly stand on that promise.

We seek Your will above our own.
We seek Your righteousness above worldly gain.
We seek Your purpose above personal ambition.

We Declare:

🔹 As we put Your kingdom first, divine provision is our portion.
🔹 As we prioritize Your righteousness, doors of favor, wisdom, and breakthrough are opening.
🔹 As we walk in obedience, every need spiritual, financial, relational is being met.
🔹 As we honor You with our time, talents, and treasure, we shall not lack any good thing.
🔹 As we align with Your principles, our homes, our businesses, and our nation shall flourish.

Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our lives, in our workplace, in our ministries, and in our communities. May we be vessels of light, influence, and integrity, shining Your truth in every place You send us.

We refuse to chase after things, we chase after You. And we trust You, Lord, to take care of everything else.

We seal this prayer and every declaration in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Amen.

Speaking during the launch of Medical Education Indaba Report, The Zambia Medical Association President, Dr.Kaumba Roy Tolopu notes that the rapid increase in medical schools and students has raised concerns about the quality of training and supervision.

He says the current system is facing challenges which include inadequate facilities and supervision that can compromise the quality of medical education.

Dr. Tolopu has stressed that the regulatory bodies, Ministry of Education, and Medical practitioners of Zambia must work together to maintain high standards.

The President has urged medical training institutions to prioritize quality over profit and to scrutinize their admission processes to ensure that only qualified students are admitted, emphasizing the importance of strict entry requirements and student indexing to maintain the integrity of medical training.

Meanwhile the Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services, Dr.Kennedy Lishimpi has highlighted a significant shortage of doctors in Zambia, with the country requiring at least 20,000 doctors to meet the World Health Organization's recommended ratio of one doctor per 1,000 population.

He says currently, Zambia has approximately 10,000 doctors, meeting only 50% of the country's needs.

In midst of these such challenges, the Ministry of Health has made progress in increasing the number of healthcare workers including doctors, nurses, and clinical officers, through health reforms initiated in 2006.

Dr. Lishimpi has emphasized the need for continued investment in medical training and infrastructure to ensure that the country's healthcare system can meet the growing needs of its population.

Heavenly Father,

Almighty God, Creator of heaven and earth, we acknowledge You as Lord over all. As we enter into this time of prayer, we invite Your Spirit to take full control. Your Word in John 16:13 promises us that when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide us into all truth. Lord, we thank You for the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in our lives, our homes, our businesses, and our nation.

Today, we boldly declare:

🔹 We are not led by confusion or fear, we are led by the Spirit of truth!
🔹 We walk in divine wisdom, discernment, and understanding in all that we do.
🔹 Every decision we make is aligned with Heaven’s perspective and guided by the Holy Spirit.
🔹 We reject every lie and manipulation of the enemy, we receive clarity, direction, and truth.
🔹 In our corporate spaces, families, and ministries, truth reigns, light shines, and Jesus is glorified!
🔹 We have ears to hear, eyes to see, and hearts to obey the Spirit’s leading.

Father, we surrender to Your will. Lead us into all truth concerning our assignments, our partnerships, and the seasons ahead. May Your Holy Spirit expose every trap, cancel every deception, and establish us firmly on the path of righteousness and success.

We seal this prayer and every declaration with faith,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
