CBU GRADUATE CREATES A NSHIMA COOKING MACHINE.

In an attempt to make the process of cooking Nshima more efficient, a graduate of the Copperbelt University by the name of Bruce Nanchengwa has created a Nshima cooking machine.

Bruce was one of the innovators exhibiting at the launch of the Mukuba-CBU Unipod Innovation and Technology Hub in Kitwe today. He was able to demonstrate how the machine works to an audience of dignitaries such as the Minister of Science and Technology Hon Felix Mutati, Minister of Youth Hon Elvis Nkandu, Copperbelt Minister Hon Elisha Matambo and others who were in attendance.

Bruce's target market is boarding schools, restaurants, hospitals and other places were Nshima needs to be cooked in an efficient manner for a large number of people.

The effort he has put behind this innovation highlights the immense potential that Zambian youths have to shape the future.
