What an incredible journey! ❤️

29th June marked the end of the Trade Up Zambia Business Program, a journey that began on 7th April and ran through June 2026. I’m truly honoured to have received a Certificate of Appreciation for successfully facilitating this impactful program.

Over the past few months, we had the privilege of working alongside passionate entrepreneurs, inspiring business leaders, dedicated partners, and an amazing team committed to empowering Zambian businesses. Witnessing ideas grow into opportunities and meaningful connections being created has been one of the most rewarding experiences.

The Trade Up Zambia Business Fair was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we invest in local enterprises and create platforms for collaboration, innovation, and growth. It was also an honour to be part of an event graced by Dr. W.E. Da’Cruz, a U.S. Department of State Speaker, whose keynote inspired entrepreneurs to think globally, as well as Ms. Naomi Mattos public relations U.S. Embassy Zambia, together with representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry and the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA).

This recognition means a lot, and it motivates me to continue contributing to initiatives that create lasting impact for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Zambia.

Here’s to more growth, more opportunities, and many more milestones ahead. 🇿🇲✨

This week, I choose gratitude.

Not because life has been perfect.
Not because every prayer has been answered exactly how I wanted.
Not because there haven’t been tears, disappointments, losses, or moments when I questioned everything.

But because through it all, God has remained faithful.

Gratitude is recognizing that even in seasons of uncertainty, there is still something to be thankful for. The breath in my lungs, the people who stayed, the lessons from the things that didn’t work out, the strength to keep going, and the opportunities I once prayed for.

This week, I’m intentionally saying “thank you” more.
Thank you for the doors that opened.
Thank you for the doors that closed.
Thank you for the journey.
Thank you for the growth.
Thank you for the grace that carried me when I couldn’t carry myself.

Sometimes we get so focused on what’s next that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve come.

I stood in this room and felt the weight of everything it took to get here.
Not just my effort but the love, sacrifice, and prayers of people who are no longer here to witness it.

There are days I wish I could trade moments like this just to have one more conversation with you.
But I’ve learned that love doesn’t end it transforms. It becomes strength. It becomes purpose. It becomes the quiet voice that tells you to keep going when everything in you wants to stop.

So I carry you with me into every room, every opportunity, every seat I’m blessed to have.
Even here, I know this moment is not mine alone. You always told me to aim higher, no matter the challenges I faced.

And to the one who feels like giving up because life took something or someone you can’t replace…
I won’t lie to you, it changes you forever. But it doesn’t finish you.

You can still rise.
You can still become.
You can still walk into rooms that once felt impossible.

One day, the pain will no longer just hurt it will mean something.
And you’ll realize you carried more strength than you ever knew.

I’m not where I want to be yet, but every step is worth celebrating.

Day 1 at the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development 🌍

What a powerful start. It was more than just attending sessions it was about stepping into rooms where Africa’s future was being shaped and knowing I belonged there. Sitting at the table representing Zambia 🇿🇲, engaging in meaningful conversations, and listening to diverse voices all committed to sustainable development reminded me that the journey was bigger than me.

From discussions on innovation, climate action, youth empowerment, and inclusive growth, one thing became clear: the work ahead was urgent, and so was our responsibility as young leaders to rise and be part of the solution. Those spaces were not just for learning—they were for connecting, influencing, and transforming ideas into real impact back home.

I was especially reminded that being there was not by chance. It reflected purpose, preparation, and the grace to walk into opportunities that once felt distant. Every conversation, every handshake, every note taken became a seed for change I intend to carry beyond the conference.

I was grateful for the platform, inspired by the brilliance in the room, and committed to translating global conversations into local action.

This was what it looked like when purpose met opportunity. This was what it meant to show up, to represent, and to lead.
