Simplified Alfredo Crayfish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb Eliado crayfish tails, 2 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Salt and pepper to taste , Cooked pasta.

Instructions:
Cook Crayfish Tails: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add crayfish tails, cook until pink (3-4 minutes), then set aside.

Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and simmer.

Add Cheese: Stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine: Return crayfish tails to the skillet, mix well.

Serve: Toss with cooked pasta.
