Student nurse dies at boyfriend’s home

AS the country enjoyed an extended holiday break with independence being commemorated on a Monday, a student nurse of Senanga School of Nursing decided it would be a good idea to spend some time with her boyfriend but, unfortunately, the visit turned tragic as she suddenly died.

Matakala Namushi, 25, is said to have left school on Sunday around 23:00 hours to go and visit her boyfriend, W***y Chikoja, 25, of Katuya township, Senanga.

She died Monday around 01:00 hours after complaining of having difficulties in breathing.

LIFE HAS NO GUARANTEES...

Most people want to start businesses with an ASSURANCE that they will make profit. That's a wrong approach to life.

Nothing works like that.

When you get into a relationship, there is no guarantee that the person you are dating will end up marrying you.

The commitment of going to school for 12 years plus 5 more in University doesn't give you a guarantee that you will get a well paying job.

The fact that you have a good job today, doesn't give you a guarantee that you will not be fired and be jobless tomorrow.

A woman doesn't get pregnant with a guarantee that she will give birth to a bouncing baby.

We don't raise our kids with a guarantee that they will end up great children and make us proud.

No. There's just no guarantee for anything. However, we are all driven by FAITH. More importantly, utmost faith.

You begin every single journey with faith that it will go as you wish. Even when things don't go as planned, you still continue moving with faith that it shall be well.

That's what has driven me for years. I usually don't care much about tomorrow but I always believe that my tomorrows will always be better than my yesterdays.

I encourage you to live by faith.

The picture may seem blurred right now but the eyes of faith can make that picture look so clear and vivid.

You will stumble sometimes. You will doubt your direction. You will feel lost. And you will feel discouraged to continue.

But if your mission is noble, backed by passion and good intentions, you will surely succeed.
