To be honest, gentlemen, I believe we can all admit that we occasionally have a slight proclivity to do this.

When you walk into a room and notice she has changed her hairstyle or put on a new outfit, you think to yourself, "Wow, she looks gorgeous," but you do not say it aloud or act in a way that communicates your true feelings to her. Instead, you leave thinking she looks great, while she stands there feeling invisible, disappointed, and let down. Why? Because in her mind, you did not notice her. My thoughts on this are: when you think it, say it.

Find a way to communicate your thoughts both verbally and physically. You will be amazed at what a simple act of recognition can accomplish for her.

My dearly enthroned Queen. You may not realize it, but you still give me butterflies. After all this time, I can not believe I still get butterflies when I sit down to write about you. Some might argue that makes me appear weak as a man.

I disagree. I believe that our ability as men is to be honest about our feelings, even when it makes us feel vulnerable, it is our greatest demonstration of true strength, emotional confidence, and conviction. To all the good men who may read this if you love her and trust her, do not be afraid to express your true feelings. She needs that from you.

Missing your ex is normal. Every relationship has good times, and those times frequently create wonderful memories. Just remember why you left.

And when you left, that reason outweighed the memories. Now, I am not advocating to never giving someone another chance. Sometimes people change, and it is up to you to decide if you think that change is sufficient to win them back.

But do not allow loneliness or missing them to impair your judgment to the point where you end up in the toxic relationship you just left.

Any man who tries to break you mentally, is already broken both mentally and emotionally.

A secure man knows that it is the union, not the individual, that gives the relationship its strength. A strong union is formed between a strong woman and a strong man. The relationship suffers if one of them is weak.

To put it another way, it is pointless for you to attempt to establish a relationship with a broken man who only wants to destroy you.
