Yesterday, UNZAMESA proudly hosted the βBrand. Speak. Become.β Seminar, an inspiring gathering that brought together students passionate about personal development, leadership, and professional growth. The event created a meaningful platform for deep reflection on identity, personal branding, character, faith, visibility, and intentional progress.
Throughout the seminar, several speakers shared powerful insights. Marshal Mulanda encouraged students to understand that their reputation defines their brand and emphasized the value of patience and consistency. Magret Namukwazye urged attendees to confidently take charge of their narrative before others define it for them. Chabu Chabu spoke on the importance of discipline, purposeful networking, and building real substance before chasing recognition. Ruth Ngoma highlighted how clarity, faith, and direction position individuals to attract purposeful opportunities. The discussion was effectively guided by Emmanuel Matoka, and the contributions of Mushota Chola and Lesa Lesa further strengthened the call to apply these lessons beyond the event.
The seminar reinforced that true success goes beyond academic performance β it involves becoming intentional, confident, disciplined, and impactful individuals. At UNZAMESA, we continue to dedicate ourselves to shaping thoughtful, influential, and purpose-driven young leaders.
