Nkisu films Masterclass is a premier institution dedicated to film education and industry development. We're seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth and promote our Masterclass programs.
*Job Summary:*
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for promoting our film masterclasses, courses to potential students, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's services so as to enhance brand awareness, driving traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
You'll work on a commission-only basis, earning a competitive rate for each successful sale or partnership secured.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Promote film Masterclass programs to potential students and industry partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns.
*Requirements:*
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the film or education industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the film industry and education market.
