That’s why when a woman is loyal to one man, her body becomes in sync with him. Her hormones balance around his presence. Her immune system learns him. Her mood stabilizes. Her cycle even starts aligning with his energy and lifestyle. Nature rewards purity with balance.

Now, flip the coin. When a woman sleeps with multiple men, her body doesn’t know who to trust. One week, she’s exposed to one DNA. The next, another. Her immune system keeps adjusting, trying to recognize and suppress new s***m codes—and eventually, it gives up. The result? That small bump is called the xiphoid process — and in babies and young children, it’s made mostly of cartilage, not bone yet.

In some babies (especially those who are slim or have soft chest walls), it can stick out or be easily felt just below the chest.
It may look like a small, hard, or pointed bump in the middle of the chest or upper tummy — this is completely normal.
You might even notice it move slightly when your baby breathes in and out.

This results in two fetuses developing at the same time but at different stages of growth.

Subject: Sincere Apology for the Unfortunate Incident During Your Visit to Chiwempala

Your Excellency,

I also from mkushi On behalf of the residents, marketeers, and the illegal miners of Chiwempala and the surrounding areas, I wish to extend my deepest and most sincere apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred during your recent visit to address the marketeers who lost their properties in the tragic fire.

I acknowledge, with deep regret, that while you were speaking words of comfort and encouragement to the affected citizens, some members of the community acted out of anger and frustration, resulting in disorderly conduct and stone-throwing. This behavior was both unacceptable and disrespectful, especially towards you as our Head of State.

Your Excellency, the emotions that led to this regrettable act stem from deep economic hardships and hopelessness among many of us youths and miners who were affected by the suspension of mining activities at the Senseli open pit. While their anger was misdirected, it was not out of defiance against your leadership, but rather from desperation and the struggle to provide for their families.

I therefore humbly ask for your understanding and forgiveness. The people of Chiwempala I think hold you in high esteem and appreciate your continuous efforts to bring order, safety, and development to the communities. I feel assured that they have learned a great lesson from this event, and from now onwards they will be committed to maintaining peace, respect, and dialogue going forward.

Your continued leadership, compassion, and commitment to improving the welfare of every Zambian — including miners and marketeers — remain an inspiration to us all. I remain hopeful that through your government’s initiatives, alternative livelihood opportunities will be made available to those affected, so that no citizen feels left behind.

Once again, Your Excellency, I offer my heartfelt apologies and gratitude for your patience and understanding.
