Former Mazabuka Central MP Gary Nkombo will be filing his nomination papers at the Civic Centre today 20th May 2026 at 09:00 hours as an Independent candidate for the Mazabuka Central parliamentary seat.

All his supporters and well-wishers are requested to come in large numbers to witness the event.

I HAVE BEEN SAYING IT AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN.

I think UPND as party and the President Hakainde Hichilema concentrated much on what Gary Nkombo wronged and completely overlooked his sacrifices to the party and that is not good Mr President 🙅.

Here is what honorable Gary Nkombo said to the people who went to his house.

- I feel like I have been used and dumped at the dumpsite ,
I love my brothers and sisters in UPND but people should not take my silence 🤐 to be like someone who cannot talk.... People should know that I'm nolonger the old person they used to know, if people wants to pick me up from the garbage 🗑️ and wash me .... then who I'm i to refuse???
I think it's high time we part ways because I'm tired of being condemned, he concluded.
The people of Mazabuka followed the former law maker to ask him if he can consider standing as an independent member of Parliament.

For those who follow my Posts closely I believe you will remember that I have always condemned how Honorable Gary Nkombo was treated.

My appeal to the President Mr Hakainde Hichilema sir, it's never too late hear your brother's cry.
To madam Mutinta Hichilema if there's a way you can advise the president please do.
Honorable Gary Nkombo suffered for the party and I don't see the reason he should continue suffering even after forming government. He might have done something wrong we agree, he is human but please show this man love instead of throwing stones at him.

I never expected there will be a day I will see Gary Nkombo like this within the reign of the UPND 🤦 🥺.
