Council Chairperson Nick Nkole, Mikomba 1 Daniel Lushinga, Kapumo 1 Neddy Mulenga and Acting CS Mr Musonda visited the hospital to offer gifts to the New born babies.

BEREAVEMENT NOTICE

Mporokoso Town Council wishes to inform all Councillors, Management, Staff, and the general public of the passing on of Mr. Sunday Mulenga, who worked as a Marker cleaner

Mr. Mulenga was admitted to Mporokoso District Hospital yesterday, 22nd December and later passed on following day afternoon, Tuesday, 23rd December, 2025, at the same facility after a short illness.

The Council is deeply saddened by this loss and extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends, and all those affected during this difficult time. Mr. Mulenga will be greatly missed for his hard work and dedication to duty.

Further funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.

May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🙏🏻

Mporokoso Town Council Chairperson Hon. Nick Nkole has continued the Wonderful Charity Works. Today, 17/12/2025 Cllr. Daniel Lushinga handed over Iron Sheets on behalf of the mayor that remained to complete the house for Mr & Mrs Chibasha's who are both differently abled (Blind).
