*FRANK MUSEBA TAYALI... The footballer of the year and the season!*
*2021 Golden Boots 2021-2026 Trophy* 🏆
*Season: 1968 – 2021*
The long and grueling political football season, spanning over five decades, has finally drawn to a close. From the era of one-party participatory rule to the dawn of multiparty democracy, the United Parties Football Club initially dominated the field through the UNIP champions, followed by the MMD and PF, from 1968 to 2021.
Yet, over time, their once-unshakable defense faltered. In December 1998, a new contender, UPND FC, emerged with unyielding resolve. Season after season, they climbed the ranks, until in 2021, they took center stage, vying for the Ndola Central Cup, led by their formidable striker, Frank Museba Tayali—a harbinger of transformation and a beacon of change.
