وَعَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قال رسول الله ﷺ: «حَقُّ اللهِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوه وَلاَ يُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا، وَحَقُّ الْعِبَادِ عَلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَنْ لاَ يُعَذِّبَ مَنْ لاَ يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا»
مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيهِ
Narrated Muʿādh bin Jabal رضي الله عنه: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "The right of Allāh upon His slaves is that they worship Him and they do not ascribe any partners with Him, and the right of the slaves upon Allāh عَزَّ وجَلَّ is that He does not punish the one who does not ascribe any partners with Him."

وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رضي الله عنه أنَّ النبيَّ ﷺ سُئلَ عَنِ الإِيمَانِ؟ فقَالَ: «أَنْ تُؤْمِنَ بِاللهِ، وَمَلاَئِكَتِهِ، وَكُتُبِهِ، وَرُسُلِهِ، وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ، وَتُؤْمِنَ بِالْقَدَرِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ»
أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ
Narrated ʿUmar bin al-Khaṭṭāb رضي الله عنه that the Prophet ﷺ Prophet ﷺ was asked about Īmān (faith), He ﷺ said: "(Īmān is) to believe in Allāh, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the last day (of judgment), and to believe in the Qadar (divine pre-decreed affairs), the good and the bad thereof."
