TYPES OF SELF BELONGING
Self belonging is practiced and seen in different ways, and I'll discuss a few of them as you cultivate on them you certainly become more self belonging
Emotional Self Of Belonging - This is much of feeling a some emotional connection and acceptance within yourself, even when your partner is not present. This means being able to control your emotional balances and maintaining your self value.
Identity Self Belonging - This means to have a clear sense of who you are, what you value, and what you stand for, even when your partner is not around. This means being able to maintain your own identity, interests, and goals, and not relying on your partner for a sense of self.
Self Care
Prioritizing your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and taking care of yourself in a way that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. This means being able to take care of your own needs, practice self-compassion, and engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.
I'll set forth the other types and ways of self belonging as we go through the other chapters.
