Rufaro High School Deputy Head is Phineas Tawanda Matongo Matongo is a holder of a Bsc General degree in Physics and Chemistry, a post graduate diploma in Education and a certificate in research methodology all from the University of Zimbabwe. Pastor Mukwaira joined Rufaro in 2023 as the Chaplain. Before that he was a primary school teacher.
