The conversation starts here as we explore how climate change has affected menstrual hygiene in Mhakwe Ward 18 amplifying community voices through cell phone filming. On Friday 4 July, we were thrilled to capture the heartfelt insights of Emigildah Chirigo and Binelodge, vibrant youths from Young Achievers who are passionate about SRHR advocacy. In this powerful community voice interview, they shared their personal experiences, challenges, and innovative ideas on how to improve menstrual hygiene from the household level to the community as a whole. Their voices are a testament to the resilience and determination of young people in driving positive change. 🌿💡

In partnership with Tsuro Trust and VSO we successfully held a film screening on drug and substance abuse and an inter-school quiz competition on Climate Change and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) at Nyanyadzi High School(26June 2025). Five schools Chakohwa, Nyanyadzi, Hotsprings, St. Patrick’s, and Gudyanga competed in this exciting battle of knowledge. After a tough contest, Chakohwa High School emerged as the champions. Congratulations to them and all participants for their outstanding performances. A huge thank you to the teachers, organizers, sponsors, and stakeholders who made this event possible.
