This final edition of the year for Zim Women in Business—also known as iShaH—offers an inspiring and intimate perspective from our Founder, Chief Editor, and Head Designer.

On the cover is Victoria Chidarikire, a digital marketing strategist and entrepreneur whose journey has been marked by ups and downs, yet defined by unwavering faith and determination. Volume 10 Feature Emelda Vhiriri founded Cultiv8 Africa in 2017 after attending a Youth Forum at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa, which fueled my passion for the development of young people.

From there, she have been part of forums such as the Women’s Coalition of Zimbabwe, Southern Africa Youth Forum (SAYoF), African Women Leaders Network (AWLN), among others. Every step, every title, has been about cultivating lives one person at a time.

Nkanyiso Siziba —author, actress, and storytelling enthusiast from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe—uses her multi-disciplinary talent to breathe life into this narrative.

In What Love Is, Nkanyiso Siziba delivers a gripping story of a young woman recovering from narcissistic abuse and torn between two men—whileher powerful fatherthreatens to make the decision for her. It’s a poignant explorationof love, control, and healing.

Drawing from real stories of young women in toxic relationships, the novel brings clarity to the confusion between true love and emotional manipulation. It offers readers, especially women, validation, understanding, and the courage to seek healthierlove.

Readers are not just reading about love and pain—they're feeling it.
