๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐โ, aims to equip individuals, families, educators, entrepreneurs, and policymakers with tools to drive lasting financial change.
The Minister of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Hon. Monica Mutsvangwa, is the guest of honour while notable speakers include Old Mutual Insurance managing director Gloria Zvaravanhu, financial guru Dr Nigel Chanakira, his son Panashe, and National Arts Council chairman Napoleon Nyanhi.
Multi-award-winning CEO, founder, and author Sippe Mungaraza said the event will bring together diverse stakeholders to shift mindsets, inspire positive financial behaviour, and build practical financial confidence. โAfricaโs financial future hinges on everyday money decisions,โ says the Ariel Financial Literacy Hub, emphasising that โEmpowered African mindsets lead to behaviour changes that transform financial futures.โ
Financial literacy is positioned as economic infrastructure, strengthening households, stabilizing communities, supporting entrepreneurship, and underpinning national economic resilience. The summit will focus on practical learning and collaboration, with expert speakers, panel discussions, and cross-sector dialogue on financial capability, SME growth, financial inclusion, and mindset empowerment.
Mungaraza will lead sessions on financial empowerment and business growth, sharing insights on actionable strategies for success. โReal economic transformation does not happen in silos. It happens when families, educators, entrepreneurs, financial institutions and policymakers move together,โ she said.
The summit is scheduled to run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with ticket prices set at $125 for adults, $80 for children, $175 for VIP access, $1,100 for a corporate table, and $55 for virtual attendance.

The Ariel Financial Literacy Hub invites organisations to join this vision of sustained impact, positioning partners as active contributors to Africaโs financial transformation. โTogether, letโs turn financial knowledge into action,โ the hub urges.
The summit has a social impact component, with each ticket sold donating _Ariel Money Explorer_ books to rural schools, bridging the financial literacy gap. The hub plans to engage informal traders and entrepreneurs at key marketplaces, ensuring financial knowledge reaches those who need it most.
Financial literacy initiatives have shown significant impact across Africa. In Kenya, Financial Sector Deepening has integrated financial literacy training into agricultural value chains, while Ghanaโs National Financial Inclusion and Development Strategy aims to reach 85% of adults with formal financial services by 2027.
The summitโs legacy initiatives include introducing financial literacy books translated into local languages, expanding access to practical financial education across Zimbabwe and the region.
