Before the Bible was introduced to Africa, our forefathers didn't know the truth & the knowledge it contained so they were limited in knowledge of Christ. Its not only the Bible they didn't have but also they didn't have Medical Science books, Biology books, Engineering books and Technology books, so my forefathers didn't know what we know today. So I can't continue in their ignorance while we have books that give us knowledge today. I believe in the Medical Science books, Technology books, Engineering books and also the Bible. So in the medical field, Biology books help me to understand my body and Engineering books help me understand machines and technology books help me to understand technology and then the Bible helps me to understand spiritual things. I cannot continue in the ignorance of my forefathers who had no access to those books. They lived in caves and probably rode on donkeys all their lives because they had no access to the knowledge I have today. Their way of worship was based on limited knowledge of observing nature and hearing people who were manifesting different kinds of spirits that claimed to be gods or mediators, etc. I don't want to live such a life. I chose to believe the truth of the Bible that enlightens me with Christ's knowledge. I chose to follow the path that teaches me pure worship that doesn't need brewing of beer and hitting drums first for some spirits to manifest and guide us. I chose to go to God direct in the name of Jesus anytime anywhere in this world. Right now I can open my mouth and talk to God without casting lots, or brewing beer or sniffing snuff/Bute etc. I can just come to God in the name of Jesus Christ and have a conversation with Him and hear His voice. That's the faith I have chosen and I preach that same Gospel to others and anyone who believes will also be saved and be like me. There is no law against it. We have freedom of worship in this nation.
