In cultures, there’s something good about standing on your own private holding and letting that soil sift through your fingers, a feeling of pride, independence and security as you survey your personal or . The land reform program after independence is a sure sign of how land in central to the Zimbabwean people. But besides pride, there are plenty of good reasons to buy a farm or plot. Price is one of them. You can find reasonably priced land parcels across the country especially in the rural areas or through the land reform programme. This is particularly true in farming areas. And while financing for farm purchase is harder to obtain from banks, you can often get it through the seller at below-market rates if you manage to save cash.
