*You are CAPABLE, you are WORTHY, you are ENOUGH...*

You don’t have to be perfect to be purposeful. God meets you in ordinary Thursdays with strength for the next right thing, not for all 24 hours at once.

*Breathe + Pray*:
Take 3 slow breaths. With each one:
1. Inhale: "I am capable"
2. Exhale: "I release what I can’t control"
3. Inhale: "I am enough, right now"
