Puff Goals Secured! 🔒 5 Things That Made My Hair FLOURISH This Year!

1. Moisturizing Regularly: I don't wait for wash day! I use the L.O.C. or L.C.O. method between washes to keep my strands flexible and prevent breakage.

2. Regular Washing & Deep Conditioning: Washing every 1-2 weeks and using a protein-moisture balanced deep conditioner is non-negotiable for strength and health.

3. Low-Tension Protective Styling: Styles like this gentle puff (secured with satin!) keep my hands out of my hair and prevent mechanical damage.

4. Nighttime Protection: Always, always sleep with a satin or silk bonnet/pillowcase. It saves my edges and keeps moisture locked in.

5. Internal Nourishment (Water & Diet): Hair grows from the inside out! Drinking plenty of water and maintaining a diet rich in vitamins (especially B-vitamins, Iron and Zinc) is essential for strong, resilient hair strands. Your best hair starts in the kitchen!
