Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales across our service offerings. This role also includes administrative tasks such as handling company emails, answering calls, and managing documentation. The position is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients in need of our digital solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Utilize various lead generation techniques, including networking, social media outreach, and cold calling.
Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into paying customers.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to company emails in a timely and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and provide relevant information to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT solutions, or B2B sales.
Demonstrated ability to develop and close sales opportunities in a competitive market.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or IT solutions industry.
Strong understanding of digital services such as web development, software solutions, and lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
