King Her is a Mixed Fusion DJ/Producer/TV & Radio Anchor/Founder of the King Her Academy in Zimbabwe, who has embarked on taking her majestic selections Globally. Born in Harare, Zimbabwe and dually of Zimbabwean and Japanese heritage, King Her has acclaim honors for her talent for the fine arts from an early age. King Her became a TV presenter on Zimpapers Television (ZTN) on DSTV, NR TV and a ra

dio host on Radio Musika. Besides DJ’ing and producing music and TV shows, she also had the opportunity to mentor children from ages 3years-16years, “The Art of Being a DJ” at two occasions, Little Entrepreneurs Camp for Children and the Harare International Festival of Arts (HIFA) – in partnership with Nash Paints and United Nations ZW as well as a few preschools within Harare. King Her has performed at almost every Festival hosted in Zimbabwe, some major highlights are, Victoria Fall Carnival, Shoko Festival, Jacaranda Festival, Castle Lager Braai Festival, Castle Lite Activations, Femme Electric (National Art Gallery of Zimbabwe), The Zambezi Lager Braai Festival and Unplugged Music Festival. King Her has has worked with brands such as Econet Wireless (YoMix and YoPlay), Koovha Beverages, EV Clothing Line, Nash Paints, Nash TV, Premier Sound Solutions, Earground. King Her Continues to showcase awareness to the Youth and upcoming women in the industry. She has become apart of the “Say What” condomize campaign sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Wellness Zimbabwe, Say What Organization, National Aids Council of Zimbabwe and UNFPA. She has also had the opportunity to be apart of ZTN’s Orange the World Tour broadcast commemorating 16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence. Her passion in such developments is to improve the value of life and create platforms that educate the next generation, hence the King Her Academy was born. King Her represented Zimbabwe under the British Council ZW,ZA,SA and South African Arts as a Femal DJ Facilitator and mentor to upcoming female DJs from various African Countries such as Namibia, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, Malawi, Botswana and Tanzania under Modzi Arts (Zambia).

2022 has been an exceptional journey for King Her, and what a better way to celebrate the year. King Her released her first single on 02/11/22 called KUONGA.
