Mail and Telegraph is a licensed newspaper which is registered in Zimbabwe. It now incorperates and includes Khuluma Afrika, which was a non-partisan center for investigative journalism and political analysis in Africa, with key and special focus on Southern Africa, and some parts of East and Central Africa. Initially founded on the premises of sharing citizen OpEds, the website was transformed in

to a center for cutting edge journalism. Khuluma Afrika will now exist as a supplement within Mail and Telegraph newspaper.
