🎨 ROLE 1: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
The Visual Architect
We’re looking for a designer who can translate abstract ideas, strategy, and “vibe” into precise, high-quality visual systems.
The Craft
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong layout, hierarchy, and typography skills
No Canva. Deep technical design ability is non-negotiable.
The Edge
Actively using AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or DALL·E to prototype concepts, explore directions, and accelerate ideation (not replace skill).
The Standard
You care deeply about detail.
“Good enough” doesn’t survive your review process.
You understand branding beyond just aesthetics.
📈 ROLE 2: MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
The Cultural Architect
We need a strategist who understands platform mechanics, human psychology, and business outcomes—not just posting schedules.
The Craft
Proven ability to drive growth, engagement, and conversion, not vanity metrics
Platform fluency across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (as relevant to brand)
The Edge
Uses AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude and Perplexity for research, ideation, scripting, and optimisation—without losing brand voice or strategic intent.
The Standard
You think in systems, not trends.
You anticipate platform shifts instead of reacting late.
You can connect content to real-world business results.
