DETE MISS WILDLIFE TALENT SHOW AND ART EXHIBITION

Dream Chasers Club is prevailing to be actively engaged on their programs and working towards their objectives,  29 April 2023 the club hosted it's talent show and art exhibition under the theme Dete Miss Wildlife Show, it proved to be a a stepping stone for the club as it was it's first show, A speech was given by the club president Brandon. In his speech he explained the aspect of Dete being a community situated within Hwange National Park it should be everyone's responsibility to protect and conserve our wildlife, he then mentioned the aspect of talent grooming and providing a platform to which youths can showcase their talents and nature them which is one of the club's main objective, the show also promoted Dete's arts and crafts market as we had different exhibitors showcasing their crafts and we also had fine art exhibitors showcasing their wildlife drawings. We also a speech from our honorable guest Parks and Wildlife area manager Mr Njoroma in his speech he mentioned that it is everyone responsibility to conserve wildlife, he then mentioned the aspect of promoting talent by providing a platform to showcase youths talent, he then explained of how the show was organized from beginning with netball competitions, chess competitions, he then advised youths to participate in arts and crafts programs.

All appreciations of the show goes to our sponsors Painted Dogs Conservation, Hwange Safari Lodge, Hwange Wildlife Safaris, Zimparks, Miombo Safari Lodge, H&M investments and Dete community as a whole

Dream Chasers is prevailing to be actively engaged with the local youths, 10 February was a launch for a local Youth Talk Show that clearly became a determiner for progress in Dream Chasers programs, In short terms we would say it ignited and marked the initiative of the Clubs 2023 strategy, The talk show promoted an interactive platform were people learn, get questions and answer, the show also promoted the youths talent we saw some members perform their poems with confidence through the talent grooming sessions. The Club President gave a speech that laid out the objectives of the club, in short he gave the coordinates of the direction through which Dream Chasers is going to move, In his speech he mentioned the aspect of talent grooming and how it's going to help nature and grow the youths talent and empower art among them, he also mentioned the aspect of talent promotion through productive projects proposal that will generate revenue for the club, he then mentioned of an upcoming Talent show all interested members have to audition in order to participate in the event, he said the event will promote all talents and it will be an event that empowers Art among the Youth and the community as whole.

Dream Chasers Organization yesterday's program had the main objective to empower youth and introduce the brand. A speech was made revealing yhe the aspect Dream Chasers strategies in trying to engage with the youth to archive co-operation hand in hand with the Dream Chasers Organization. A foundation was layed for all the main objectives which are talent hunting and talent naturing. Two guests speaker mentioned in their speech the aspect of direction n hard work, as the Organization the previous program initiated our upcoming programs n most of all archived engagement with the youth through motivational speech given by Neddy Tanga. It was a great honor to have her engaging Dream Chasers. She cultivated the spirit of stepping up within the organization and youths, One would say she's a role model for the youth. Survivor sailed with us in his perspective in the aspect of direction and aiming. Focusing on career guidance and academic areas. As an organization we aim to maintain such a force within our Dream Chasers to rise with power and show case who they are confidently. " Setting a goal is giving yourself direction" Neddy Tanga, this is what we aim to improve and prioritize as a target for individual Dream Chasers. As the Dream Chasers Organization we managed to get some Youth talent sample in their perspective on our engagement with them. Everyone is happy and willing to attain help from the Organization. By so doing our Core Value of producing a better Youth generation and a better community is easily attained. As we move on with our programs and getting closer to a huge talent show the youth are to undergo interviews, auditions and recruitment therefore cultivating the spirit of showcasing and specializing on our talents.....
