Mayor Welcomes Swedish Ambassador to Masvingo 🇿🇼🇸🇪
Yesterday l had the honor to receive His Excellency, Per Lindgärde, Ambassador of Sweden to Zimbabwe, during a courtesy visit at the City of Masvingo.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss areas of cooperation, particularly development initiatives that are improving livelihoods within the city.
The visit also highlighted the progress and impact of the Masvingo Floriculture Project being implemented with support from Gender Links and funding from the Swedish government.
The visit reaffirmed the strong relationship between Zimbabwe and Sweden, as well as the value of partnerships that drive meaningful change at local level.
