To everyone looking forward to seeing me at the Food, Rum & Reggae Benefit Festival this Sunday, I wanted to give you a quick update.

During my performance in Sierra Leone,I sustained some injuries after a technical issue caused me to fall through the stage. I am currently still undergoing medical evaluation and my doctor has advised me to take a few days of complete rest. I’m truly grateful it wasn’t worse.

Because of this, I will not be able to perform at the festival.

This was a really hard decision because I never want to disappoint my supporters, and I was truly looking forward to seeing you and being a part of this event. But right now, I have to prioritize healing so I can return to the stage at full strength.

Thank you to the promoters, fellow artistes, and especially the fans for your understanding and all the love you’ve been sending. Every message and prayer means the world to me.

Please ensure you go out and support the show, it’s for a powerful cause. The lineup is incredible, and the performances will be amazing.

I’ll be back very soon.
