From the Womb to the Tomb — A Marian Story
The Victoria Falls Deanery Legion of Mary Guild came together at St Kizito Parish to celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary — a celebration of faith, love and the life of a woman whose Yes changed the course of salvation history.
From the womb to the tomb, Mary’s story is one of a longest and most faithful Yes. A Yes that began with humility, continued through joy and suffering, and remained steadfast all the way to the end.
Her Yes was not just a moment. It was a lifetime of trusting God.
Today, we celebrate Mary not only as the Mother of Jesus, but as a model of faith, obedience, courage and perseverance. Her story reminds us that sometimes, God’s greatest work begins with one simple Yes.
As the Victoria Falls Deanery, we gathered in prayer, fellowship and thanksgiving, honouring Mary and reflecting on the role her Yes played in our salvation.
From the womb to the tomb — Mary’s Yes continues to tell a story of faith.
