Two outstanding events on the way at Tall Timbers Manjimup later this month showcasing the regions winter winner the black truffle 🖤

With a lunch and brunch on offer, hosted by Rick Ardon and Rob Broadfield, both massive truffle fans.

The Lunch Menu includes:

* an entree choice of Potato Pear & Truffle Soup w/ Truffled Rarebit Toasts, or Truffled Duck Liver parfait with cucumber pickle & toast.

*Main choice is Prime Stirling Ranges Ribeye steak with Truffle Jus, Shaved Truffle & truffled Mash, or Panfried Parmesan Gnocchi with Confit of Duck, Mushroom, Mascarpone & Truffle.

*Dessert is a choice of Warm Chocolate, Almond & Truffle Pudding (flourless) with truffle custard cream & pistachio praline, or Truffled Panna Cotta w/ Sable & Truffled Vanilla Syrup.

As another weekend rolls around keep in mind that the winter menu at The Corner Dairy is now available and is seriously good 🙌 Hibachi prawns, white pork ragu pasta, steak tartare with fries - an all around winner and with footy on the tv too! Yum 🥰

Big steak tartare fan and love the version on The Corner Dairy new Winter menu 🥰 Stirling Ranges Beef sirloin, capers, gherkins, cured egg yolk, au poivre mayo, shoestring fries. Such a tasty combo of flavours - the welcome pickley taste in the tartare from the gherkins and capers, salty goodness from the fries and some spice from the peppery mayo. Deeeelish! And that white pork ragu pasta and this hibachi prawns and that new salad - all wonderful!
